I started my career serving business owners and employees who spent much of their time outdoors. As an outdoor enthusiast myself, I naturally connected with industries such as construction, real estate, agriculture, and other businesses that help build and support our communities.

In 2010, I founded Necie Group, a tax incentive consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses improve cash flow through federal, state, and local tax incentive programs. What began with construction and real estate clients has expanded to include manufacturers, hospitality businesses, commercial property owners, and companies across many industries.

Today, my team and I bring more than 20 years of combined experience helping businesses uncover opportunities through Cost Segregation, Research & Development Tax Credits, and hiring incentives such as the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC). Our mission is simple: help businesses create debt-free cash flow, reduce taxable income, and keep more of the money they've earned—often with no upfront cost.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me hiking a trail, traveling to a new destination, zip lining, or walking barefoot in the sand. I am also a proud two-time Senior Olympics medalist and have had the privilege of successfully running my business for more than a decade.
